Stairs can range from a single step to a full stair case.

In most cases the timber is installed over a solid concrete foundation.

A carcass can be arranged in those situations where there is no existing foundation.

The costing can vary pending on the accuracy of the form work left by the builder.

As in some situations the rise is angled back, and must be corrected prior to installation.

A laminate trim is generally used for the rise, then the nosing is fitted then the boards are fitted to suit
